Our myvoterwisdom.com analysis of Hawaii County's presidential voting patterns reveals fascinating shifts in its general elections for president. While Democrats have maintained their stronghold, their margins have steadily narrowed since 2008. Republican vote share has grown impressively from 22.1% to 34.4% between 2008-2024.
Looking ahead to 2028, our model continues strong Democratic dominance (62.5%). But we do see an upswing with Republicans reaching their highest support level in decades (34.1%). With registered voters growing 66% since 2004, both parties have expansion opportunities in the Aloha state.
